Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of SUPREO — the Discord ticket bot and the web dashboard at this site (together, the “Service”), operated by SUPREO (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By adding the bot to a Discord server or signing in to the dashboard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

SUPREO lets you run a support-ticket system inside Discord servers you manage, and configure it from a web dashboard. Features include ticket panels and categories, direct-message tickets, canned responses, internal staff notes, automation, analytics, and optional paid features. The Service depends on Discord and is provided subject to Discord’s own terms and policies.

2. Eligibility & your Discord account

You must have a valid Discord account and meet Discord’s minimum age requirement for your country to use the Service. You are responsible for complying with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account and on servers you manage with the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, or to process unlawful content;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
  • circumvent plan limits, billing, or access controls, or resell the Service without our permission;
  • use the Service to violate the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual-property rights.

We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful.

4. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

The Service offers a free tier and optional paid plans (currently “Premium” and a “Custom Bot” add-on). Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Polar, which handles payment details — we never receive or store your card information. Prices are shown on the billing page and may change with notice; changes do not affect the period already paid for.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; your plan then remains active until the end of the current paid period and is not renewed. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide partial-period refunds. If you are a consumer in the EU, statutory withdrawal and refund rights continue to apply where applicable.

5. Whitelabel bot

The Whitelabel Bot add-on lets you run the Service under your own Discord bot by providing a bot token. You are responsible for that bot, its token, and its compliance with Discord’s terms. We store your token in encrypted form and use it solely to operate your bot. You can remove it at any time from the dashboard.

6. Availability & changes

We work to keep the Service available but provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Because the Service relies on Discord and other third parties, interruptions outside our control may occur.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, branding, and the SUPREO name and logo, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. Content you create or configure (such as ticket messages and settings) remains yours; you grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and remove the bot at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; some data may be retained or deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of France, except where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
