New members get an unverified role that only sees your rules and a Verify button. They prove they are human — with a click, a captcha inside Discord or a web check that spots alt accounts — and only then see the rest of your server. Accounts that never pass can be kicked, banned or quarantined.

Questions about verification
Which method should I choose?
Start with the web check: it is free, the strongest, and the only one with alt detection and country blocks. Click to pass suits servers that only want the rules read first.
Are members already on the server affected?
No. Only members who join after you turn it on. Apply to current members puts the others through it, and they are never removed automatically.
What does the web check store?
No cookies and no account. For alt detection, a salted hash of the visitor's network for 30 days, never the address itself.
Does it work with a honeypot?
Yes. An account that writes in the bait channel before passing verification is almost always a bot, so it is banned outright.
Can I verify someone by hand?
Yes, with /verify member or the Verify button on the waiting list. It also bypasses the account-age and avatar requirements.
Can members verify by voting for SUPREO?
Yes, if you turn it on: the web check then also offers a vote on Top.gg, which has its own sign-in and captcha. Alt detection and country blocks still apply. Free, off by default.
