Looking for a Ticket Tool alternative?
Ticket Tool made Discord ticketing normal, and for a lot of servers it is still all you need. SUPREO is built for the servers that outgrew it — the ones that need to know who is answering, how fast, and how happy people were at the end.
When it is worth switching
Be honest about what you actually need. If your server opens a handful of tickets a week and one moderator handles all of them, almost any ticket bot will do and you should keep the one you have. Switching pays off when support stops being one person answering questions and starts being a team that needs to coordinate.
The usual signs, in the order teams tend to hit them:
- You cannot tell who is doing the work. Nobody can answer "how many tickets did we close last month, and who closed them?" without scrolling.
- Your team retypes the same four answers every day, and each person words them slightly differently.
- Tickets sit open for weeks because the person who opened them vanished and nobody wants to close someone else's channel.
- People open tickets at 3am and get nothing back until morning, with no indication that this is normal.
- Sensitive reports go to a public panel because there is nowhere private to send them.
Those five problems are what SUPREO is built around: team analytics, canned responses, auto-close, support hours, and DM tickets.

The four differences that matter
1. You can see how your team is doing
SUPREO keeps a per-agent leaderboard: tickets handled, replies sent, median time to first reply, and average satisfaction rating. It is the difference between believing your support is good and being able to show it — and it is what makes it possible to spot the agent who is quietly carrying the team, or the queue where first replies take eleven hours.
2. Tickets close themselves
Auto-close ends inactive tickets after a period you set, with a warning message first so nobody is cut off mid-conversation. Most servers running a ticket bot for more than a few months have a graveyard of forgotten channels; this is how you stop growing one.
3. Support has opening hours
You can restrict when tickets can be opened, server-wide or per panel, in any timezone. Outside those hours the panel tells people when the team is back instead of dropping their message into a void. It sets expectations honestly, which is most of what people want from support anyway.
4. Members can open a ticket by DM
DM tickets let someone message the bot directly and have the conversation relayed into a private staff channel — the right route for reports about other members, appeals, and anything a person would not raise in a public server. The staff side can even live in a separate support server, so your moderators work somewhere your community cannot see. Both run on your own bot, so they come with the Whitelabel Bot add-on rather than Premium alone.
Where Ticket Tool still wins
A comparison page that claims the competition has no advantages is not worth reading, so here are three real ones.
- A far bigger free tier for panels. Ticket Tool advertises unlimited panels for free; SUPREO gives you five before Premium. If you need ten panels and nothing else, they are the cheaper answer.
- Millions of servers of track record. Ticket Tool has been running since 2019 at a scale SUPREO has not reached. There is a community answer to almost any question about it, and that is worth something real.
- Your team already knows it. Familiarity is a genuine feature. If your moderators are fluent in a tool and nothing about it is actively hurting you, switching costs more than it returns.
Switching without disrupting your server
You do not need a migration plan or a maintenance window. The two bots do not conflict, so run them side by side:
- Invite SUPREO and sign in to the dashboard with Discord — it lists the servers where you have Manage Server.
- Rebuild your busiest panel first, starting from a template. Ten minutes, following the setup guide.
- Post the new panel next to the old one for a week and let your team work both. Existing Ticket Tool tickets keep working — nothing is interrupted.
- Delete the old panel message once the new one is carrying the traffic, then remove the old bot.

Questions about switching
Is SUPREO a drop-in replacement for Ticket Tool?
For everyday ticketing, yes — panels, private ticket channels, staff roles, and transcripts all work the way your members already expect. What differs is everything around the ticket: analytics, canned responses, support hours, ratings, and notes. You cannot import old Ticket Tool transcripts, so most servers run both for a week and retire the old panel once the new one is live.
Do I have to remove Ticket Tool first?
No. The two bots do not conflict — they use separate commands and separate panels. Run them side by side, move one panel over at a time, and remove the old bot when your team is comfortable.
What does SUPREO cost?
The free plan covers five panels, transcripts, staff roles, satisfaction ratings, and internal notes. Premium is €2.48 per month per server and adds auto-close, support hours, team analytics, webhooks, attachments, and unlimited ticket history. The Whitelabel Bot add-on, €2.89 per month on top, runs everything under your own bot name and avatar and is what enables DM tickets.
Is the free plan enough to evaluate it?
For most servers, yes. Five panels covers general support plus several specialised queues, and the dashboard, transcripts, ratings, and notes are all included. The limit you will hit first is ticket history, which is 7 days on free.
Will my members need to learn anything new?
No. Members click a button or pick from a dropdown, exactly as before. The change is on the staff side: your team gets /ticket commands for replies, notes, canned responses, and closing, plus a dashboard for anything they would rather do outside Discord.
