Comparison
Looking for a Tickety alternative?
Tickety is a good ticket bot, and it is more than a ticket bot — applications and giveaways live in the same install. SUPREO does one job instead: it is a support desk. Whether that trade is worth making depends on what your staff spend their day doing.
The real difference is scope
Most comparison pages open by listing everything the other product cannot do. That would be misleading here. Tickety already has per-staff analytics, first-response times, satisfaction ratings, support hours per panel and auto-close — the features that separate SUPREO from older bots do not separate it from Tickety.
What actually differs is what each product is trying to be. Tickety is a multi-purpose server bot with strong ticketing inside it, so one install also handles your staff applications, your captcha gate and your giveaways. SUPREO does not do any of those things and is not going to. It spends its surface area on the support conversation instead: how a member reaches you, how your team answers without retyping, and what they can say to each other while a ticket is open.
If you want fewer bots, that argues for Tickety. If your moderators are answering tickets all day, read on — the four things below are where the difference shows up.

The four differences that matter
1. Members can open a ticket by DM
Someone messages the bot directly and the conversation is relayed into a private staff channel. That is the right route for reports about other members, ban appeals, and anything a person will not raise in a public server — the cases where asking someone to click a panel in front of the people they are reporting is the whole problem. This is the single largest gap between the two products. It runs on your own bot, so it comes with the Whitelabel Bot add-on rather than Premium alone.
2. Your staff can work in a separate server
The ticket channel can live in a support server your community never joins, while members stay where they are. Moderators discuss cases, coordinate and keep their tooling somewhere invisible to the people they moderate. Combined with DM tickets, it means a member can raise something serious without ever seeing where it lands.
3. Nobody retypes the same answer twice
Canned responses with autocomplete: your team types a shortcut and gets the approved wording, the same way every time. It sounds minor until you count how many tickets are the same four questions, and how differently five moderators phrase the answer to each of them.
4. Staff can talk on the ticket without the member reading it
Private internal notes stay on the ticket and stay invisible to whoever opened it. Context survives a handover, the next agent knows what was already tried, and nobody has to reconstruct a case from a parallel conversation in another channel.
Where Tickety wins
Three real advantages, and they are not small ones.
- One bot instead of two. Applications and giveaways are included. SUPREO does welcome cards, auto roles, a honeypot and verification, but not those two, so choosing us means running something else alongside for them.
- A bigger free tier. SUPREO gives you five panels before Premium; Tickety's free plan allows twenty-five. If you need ten panels and nothing we charge for, they are the cheaper answer.
Trying it without disrupting your server
The two bots do not conflict, so there is nothing to migrate and no maintenance window to plan:
- Invite SUPREO and sign in to the dashboard with Discord — it lists the servers where you have Manage Server.
- Rebuild one busy panel, starting from a template and following the setup guide. Ten minutes.
- Turn on DM tickets and canned responses — those are the features you are actually evaluating, so skipping them makes the trial pointless.
- Run both panels for a week and keep whichever your team reaches for. If that is Tickety, you have lost a week and learned something.

Questions about switching
Is SUPREO better than Tickety?
Not across the board, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling. Tickety matches us on analytics, ratings, support hours and auto-close, gives away far more panels for free, and does applications and giveaways that we do not do at all. Choose SUPREO when support is the job you care about most and you need DM tickets, canned responses, internal notes, or a staff-only server. Choose Tickety when you want one bot covering several roles on your server.
What does SUPREO do that Tickety does not?
Four things, based on what each product publishes. DM tickets, where a member messages the bot directly and the conversation is relayed into a private staff channel. A separate support server, so your moderators work somewhere your community cannot see. Canned responses with autocomplete. And private internal notes your team can leave on a ticket without the member seeing them.
Which one is cheaper?
It depends entirely on panel count. Tickety's free tier is more generous — premium there unlocks unlimited panels, and the free tier already allows twenty-five to our five. If five panels cover you, SUPREO free costs nothing and includes transcripts, ratings and notes. Premium is €2.48 per month per server; Tickety lists €5.99 per month or €49.99 per year. Compare the current numbers on both sites before deciding.
Can I run both at once?
Yes. The two bots use separate commands and separate panels, so they do not conflict. Most servers evaluating a switch post both panels for a week and retire the one their team stops reaching for.
Can I move my Tickety transcripts across?
No. Each bot stores transcripts in its own system and there is no import path between them. If you need your Tickety history, export or archive it before removing the bot — closing tickets in one product never populates the other.
Weighing up an older bot instead? We keep a Ticket Tool comparison as well.
