Getting started

Set up SUPREO

Invite the bot, tell it who your staff are, and get a working ticket panel — in about five minutes.

Do this on my dashboard

SUPREO is configured from the dashboard, not with commands. This page gets you from nothing to a posted panel. If you would rather build the panel yourself, do steps 1 to 3 here, then follow Create your first ticket panel.

What you need

The Manage Server permission on the Discord server. That is what the dashboard checks before it shows you a server.

Invite the bot

Open the invite link, pick your server and press Authorise. Keep the permissions the link asks for: SUPREO needs to create channels and manage roles to open tickets, and trimming them is the most common cause of a ticket that will not open. The full list is in Permissions.

When the bot joins, it sends the inviter a message with a link to the dashboard.

Sign in to the dashboard

Go to the dashboard and sign in with Discord. It lists every server where you have Manage Server; the ones the bot is not in yet show Bot not added. Press Manage on your server.

Run the one-click setup

On a server with no panel yet, the overview opens with Set up in one click. Pick the staff role — the role that handles tickets — and either choose a channel to post the panel in or let SUPREO create #open-a-ticket for you. Press Set up now.

SUPREO then:

  • creates a hidden Tickets category that only your staff role and the bot can see,
  • turns the ticket system on and points it at that category,
  • builds a General support panel from a template,
  • posts it in the channel.

Everything it made can be changed afterwards from the Tickets pages.

Check the staff roles

Open Roles in the sidebar. The role you picked is under Staff. Every ticket channel is visible to the roles in the Admin, Staff, Support and Moderator tiers, so add any other team roles here — a role that is only pinged by a category does not see the channel unless it is also in one of these tiers. Press Save Roles.

Open a test ticket

In Discord, press the panel's dropdown from a second account or ask a colleague to. Check that:

  • a private channel appears in the Tickets category, named after the member,
  • the staff role was pinged in the opening message,
  • staff can reply, and Close removes the channel after a moment.

Then read Handle your first ticket for what the buttons do.

Where to go next

  • Ticket setup — messages, logging, auto-close and staff access.
  • Ticket panels — more categories, questions before opening, a second panel.
  • Support hours — if your team is not around 24/7.
  • Type /setup in Discord at any time: it lists what is still missing.
