Custom Bot Intents
Filling in Discord's privileged intents form for a Whitelabel bot, with an answer ready for every field.
A Whitelabel bot needs two privileged intents: Server Members and Message Content. Below 10 000 users you simply tick them in the Developer Portal. Once your application reaches 10 000 users, Discord asks you to justify them in a review form — and because SUPREO is the software behind your bot, the answers are about SUPREO, not about you.

When this applies to you
Discord counts the unique users of the servers your application is in. One server with 10 000 members is enough. You get 90 days to submit after Discord notifies you, your bot keeps working while the review is pending, and access is renewed yearly. Application verification — a separate process — only starts at 100 servers, which a Whitelabel bot never reaches.
Before you start
On the application's General Information tab, fill in both URLs. SUPREO stores and processes the data, so its policies are the ones that describe it:

Have a few screenshots ready. Discord asks for evidence, and generic answers are the main reason applications are rejected. Good ones: a ticket channel with its transcript, the verification panel, a welcome card, and the dashboard pages that show the settings. The pages under Tickets and Community have usable captures.

Tick both Server Members and Message Content on the question asking which intents you are applying for.
Message Content intent
If the application is refused
Discord refuses applications that are vague far more often than ones that are wrong. Resubmit with:
- the exact feature each intent powers, named as a member would see it;
- screenshots or a short screen recording showing that feature working in your server;
- honest retention answers — claiming "30 days or less" and storing transcripts longer is worse than answering No and explaining why.
You can reapply at any time, and the bot keeps working until the 90-day deadline passes.
