Premium & billing

Upgrading a server, managing the subscription, the Whitelabel add-on, and what happens when it ends.

Do this on my dashboard

Premium is bought per server, from that server's Billing page (sidebar → Advanced). What it unlocks is listed in Free vs Premium; the prices are on the pricing section of the site, in euros, dollars or pounds.

Upgrading

Open Billing

On the dashboard, pick the server and open Billing. Current plan shows Free.

Choose the currency and pay

Pick your currency, then press Upgrade to Premium. Checkout is handled by Polar — card or the payment methods it offers in your country. SUPREO never sees your card details.

Done

You are sent back to Billing with Subscription activated. Every Premium feature is on immediately, on this server only.

The Whitelabel add-on

Add Whitelabel Bot on the Billing page adds the Whitelabel bot to a Premium server, billed monthly on top. Once active, Bot Settings accepts your bot token.

Managing the subscription

Manage Subscription opens the Polar customer portal: invoices, the payment method, cancelling. A cancelled subscription runs until the end of the paid period — Billing shows cancels on … — then the server goes back to the free plan.

When Premium ends

Nothing is deleted. Premium-only behaviours fall back to their free version — support hours warn instead of refusing, DM replies are signed the default way, stats counters beyond the third stop refreshing — and history older than 7 days is hidden. Panels and canned responses you already have keep working; you just cannot add more past the free limits. Upgrading again restores everything as it was.

Support servers

A server used as a DM-ticket support server inherits the main server's plan; its Billing page says so and points to the main server.
