Commands

Every slash command SUPREO adds to your server, who can use it, and what it does.

SUPREO is configured on the dashboard; the commands are for the day-to-day, in Discord. Type / in any channel to see them. A command that is hidden from someone lacks the Discord permission listed below — you can change who sees each command in Server Settings → Integrations → SUPREO.

For members

CommandWhat it does
/myticketsYour open tickets in this server, with a link to each channel — or, for DM tickets, a reminder to continue in your DMs. Closed tickets and their transcripts are on the dashboard under My tickets.

For staff

Needs Manage Messages, and only works inside a ticket channel unless said otherwise.

CommandWhat it does
/ticket closeCloses the ticket, like the Close button.
/ticket reply message [fichier]Sends a reply, optionally with a file. Mostly for DM tickets, where the member does not read the channel.
/ticket alertGet mentioned when the member writes again — the Notify me button. Run it again to stop.
/ticket priority levelSets the priority: low, normal, high or urgent.
/ticket reopen idReopens a closed ticket from its id (shown in the close message and in Ticket History). Works anywhere in the server.
/ticket management rename nomRenames the ticket channel.
/ticket move categoryMoves the ticket channel to another Discord category.
/ticket tags listLists the canned responses.
/ticket tags show nameShows one, only to you.
/ticket tags send nameSends one into the ticket, filled in for this member.
/ticket note add textAdds an internal note to the ticket. Notes are never shown to the member.
/ticket note listLists the notes on this ticket.
/ticket note remove numberRemoves a note by its number.
/ticket blacklist add userBlocks a user from opening tickets. Works anywhere in the server.
/ticket blacklist remove userUnblocks them.
/ticket blacklist listShows the blocked users.

For managers

Need Manage Server.

CommandWhat it does
/setupA checklist of what is still missing to run tickets — the bot, the category, a panel, a posted panel — with a link to the right dashboard page.
/support openOpens support by hand, until the schedule would next change. See Support hours.
/support closeCloses support by hand, the same way.
/support autoBack to the weekly schedule.
/verify memberVerifies a member by hand — gives the verified roles, removes the unverified ones, and logs it. See Verification.

There is no /ticket open command on purpose: members open tickets from the panel, so every ticket carries a category, the right ping and the answers to your questions.
