Panel changes do not show in Discord
You edited a panel on the dashboard and the message in Discord still shows the old version.

Save the panel
Unsaved changes are marked Unsaved on the panel. Press Save Panels at the bottom of the page.
Update the message
The panel now reads Changed since posted. Open its Publish tab and press Update message: the posted message is edited in place. If Discord no longer has the message, the panel is posted again and the header says so.
If Update message fails
- The bot cannot edit the message — it was posted by another bot: the shared SUPREO bot before you switched to a Whitelabel bot, or the other way round. Post to another channel (the same channel is fine) posts a fresh copy owned by the current bot; delete the old message by hand.
- The channel is gone — post the panel to a new channel.
- Missing permissions — the bot needs View Channel, Send Messages and Embed Links in that channel.
The status line is stale
The 🟢 Open / 🔴 Closed line on panels is edited by the bot when the state changes, on a schedule of a few minutes. A manual switch or a closed date takes effect on the next pass. It is only shown when Show a live status line on panels is on in Support hours.
