Members get an error opening a ticket

What each message means when a ticket will not open, and what to change.

Do this on my dashboard

Start with /setup in Discord: it lists what is still missing to run tickets and links to the page that fixes it. Then find the message the member saw.

Still stuck? Ask on the support server with the server's name and what the member saw.

Permissions

The Discord permissions SUPREO asks for, what each one is used for, and the intents a Whitelabel bot needs.

Panel changes do not show in Discord

You edited a panel on the dashboard and the message in Discord still shows the old version.

Members get an error opening a ticket

Tickets are unavailable / the ticket system is off

Nothing happens, or “This interaction failed”

The category picks, the form submits, but no channel appears
