Giveaways

Giveaways members join with one button — with entry requirements, bonus entries, a captcha, claims and templates — drawn on time by the bot. Every feature is free.

Do this on my dashboard

A giveaway is a card in a channel with a Join button. The bot checks each member who presses it against your requirements, counts their entries, and draws the winners when it ends — checking each winner again, so someone who left or no longer qualifies is replaced by another draw.

Every giveaway feature is free. The plan only sets the limits: 2 giveaways running at a time and 10 winners each on the free plan, 25 and 50 with Premium.

Create a giveaway

The basics

On the Giveaways page, press New giveaway:

  • Prize and an optional description under it.
  • Channel where the card is posted. The bot needs to see it and send messages there.
  • Winners, up to your plan's limit.
  • Starts — now, or at a date and time: a scheduled giveaway is posted then.
  • Ends — at a date and time (60 days at most), or when enough members have joined: it ends the moment the last place is taken.
  • Mention when posted — a role, @everyone or @here, only when the card is first posted.

Who can join

Checked when a member presses Join, and again for each winner at the draw.

Requirement
Required rolesOne of them, or all of them
Blocked rolesMembers with one of these are refused
Bypass rolesMembers with one of these skip every requirement — for your staff
Minimum account age and time in the serverIn days
Messages during the giveawayMessages sent anywhere in the server since the card was posted
Server boosters only
CaptchaIn Discord (a picture whose code they type), or on the website (the same check as verification, through a one-time link)

A member who does not qualify is told exactly why — which role is missing, when their account will be old enough, how many messages they still need.

Bonus entries

Give roles more chances: Booster → 3 entries, VIP → 5 entries. A member's best role counts, not the sum. Top.gg voters multiplies the entries (×2, ×3 or ×5) of members whose vote for SUPREO on Top.gg is running when they join.

Entries are counted when the member joins.

Claim and winner roles

Claim — off, or 10 minutes to 48 hours. Winners press Claim in the announcement or in the DM they receive; a winner who lets the time run out is replaced by a new draw, or removed if nobody else can win. The card and the dashboard show ✅ claimed and ⏳ waiting.

Winner roles are given at the draw — or when the winner claims, if claims are on. A winner replaced by a reroll loses them. The bot's role must sit above them.

Post it

Post the giveaway. The card shows the prize, when it ends, the requirements and the bonus entries, and keeps its entrant count up to date.

Save as template at the bottom of the form keeps the settings — with how long the giveaway runs instead of its dates — to start the same giveaway again in one click.

Joining

Members press Join. The private reply shows their entries and two buttons:

  • 🔕 / 🔔 — a DM with the winners when the giveaway ends.
  • Leave the giveaway.

Pressing Join again shows the same reply.

Commands

/giveaway create posts a giveaway from Discord — prize, duration, winners, channel, description, required_role, voter_bonus, captcha, start_in — or from a template (template:), in which case the prize and duration are optional and any option you give overrides the template. /giveaway list shows the running ones and the last that ended.

The commands need Manage Server by default; you can open them to other roles in Server Settings → Integrations.

Blacklist

Members kept out of every giveaway on the server: refused when they press Join, skipped at the draw, and removed from the running giveaways the moment you add them. Manage it at the bottom of the page or with /giveaway blacklist add | remove | list.
