Comparison
Looking for a Ticket King alternative?
Ticket King has one of the most generous free plans of any ticket bot: ten panels, claiming, priorities, applications and transcripts kept forever. SUPREO spends its free plan on different things — the tools a team uses to answer — and adds DM tickets, a staff-only server and protection against spam accounts. Which trade suits you depends on what your staff do all day.
Different things in the free plan
Both bots are dashboard-first and cover the ticketing basics: panels, forms before the channel opens, claiming, priorities, transcripts and per-agent statistics on Premium. Ticket King's Premium is $5.99 per 30 days for servers up to a million members; ours is $2.89 per month.
Where they split is the free plan. Ticket King gives you more panels, longer forms on Premium, applications and transcripts with no expiry. SUPREO gives you canned responses, satisfaction ratings, internal notes and support hours without paying — the parts Ticket King keeps for Premium or does not document — and a bot that also handles spam accounts, verification and moderation.

The four differences that matter
1. Members can open a ticket by DM
Someone messages the bot directly and the conversation is relayed into a private staff channel — the right route for reports about other members, appeals, and anything a person will not raise in front of the server. Ticket King documents panels, a command and the dashboard to open tickets, and DMs members for events like a closed ticket, but not this. On SUPREO it runs on your own bot, with the Whitelabel add-on.
2. Your staff can work in a separate server
The ticket channels can live in a support server your community never joins, while members stay where they are. Moderators discuss cases somewhere invisible to the people they moderate.
3. The team's tools are free
Canned responses, satisfaction ratings, internal notes and support hours are on SUPREO's free plan, and staff can reply to tickets from the dashboard. At Ticket King, canned responses (custom commands), ratings and auto-close are Premium, and support hours are not documented. If several people answer tickets, that is where the free plans really differ.
4. One bot for support and safety
The honeypot and the scam-picture filter catch hacked accounts on their first message, verification keeps fresh spam accounts out, and sanctions, reports and anti-raid share one numbered case history. With a ticket bot alone, those are other bots to install and configure.
Where Ticket King wins
Real advantages, and not small ones.
- A bigger free plan for tickets. Ten panels to our five, transcripts kept forever where our free plan keeps 7 days of history, and a log of staff actions kept indefinitely. If you need many panels and none of the team tools, Ticket King costs nothing.
- Applications built in. Staff applications with approve and deny, for free. SUPREO does not do applications.
- Languages. Ticket King offers 40 languages on both plans. Ours speaks six, also on both plans.
- Longer forms and the custom bot in one price. Premium forms go up to 100 questions over several steps, and the Bot Personalizer (your bot's name and avatar) is part of Premium rather than an add-on.
Trying it without disrupting your server
The two bots do not conflict, so there is nothing to migrate:
- Invite SUPREO and sign in to the dashboard with Discord — it lists the servers where you have Manage Server.
- Rebuild one busy panel from a template, following the setup guide. Ten minutes.
- Turn on the features you are actually comparing: canned responses, ratings, support hours, and DM tickets if you take the add-on.
- Run both panels for a week and keep whichever your team reaches for.

Questions about switching
Is SUPREO better than Ticket King?
Not across the board. Ticket King gives more panels and longer history for free, includes applications and speaks more languages. Choose SUPREO when several people answer tickets and you want canned responses, ratings and support hours without paying, when you need DM tickets or a staff-only server, or when you want the same bot to handle spam accounts, verification and moderation.
Which one is cheaper?
It depends on what you need. Ticket King's Premium is $5.99 per 30 days for servers up to a million members and includes the custom bot appearance; Ticket King says prices may vary by region. SUPREO's Premium is $2.89 per month, and running under your own bot is the Whitelabel add-on ($3.35 per month). Both before tax — check the current numbers on both sites.
Can I run both at once?
Yes. The two bots use separate commands and separate panels, so they do not conflict. Post both panels for a week and retire the one your team stops using.
Can I move my Ticket King transcripts across?
No. Each bot stores transcripts in its own system and there is no import between them.
