The bot most servers already have. Ticket Tool made button-panel ticketing the norm on Discord and runs on millions of servers, so almost any question about it already has an answer somewhere. Setup is quick and the basics are free.

Watch out for

Claiming tickets is premium-only, according to its FAQ.
Ticket Tool does not store transcripts: they are posted to your server as a message, and keeping them is up to you.
