Comparison
Looking for a Tickets Bot alternative?
Tickets Bot (tickets.bot) is a focused, well-documented ticket bot, and its Premium costs about what ours does. So the choice is not about price. It is about what each one gives you for free, and whether you want your support desk to reach members in their DMs and keep your staff in a server of their own.
Two support desks, priced alike
On the ticketing basics the two bots are close. Both have a web dashboard, panels with forms, claiming, staff-only discussion on a ticket, canned responses, satisfaction ratings, support hours and per-agent analytics on Premium. Tickets Bot's Premium is $2.99 per server per month; ours is $2.89.
The differences are in three places: how a member can reach you (a DM to the bot, or a panel only), what the free plan covers, and whether the same bot also handles the rest of your server's safety — spam accounts, verification, moderation.

The four differences that matter
1. Members can open a ticket by DM
Someone messages the bot directly and the conversation is relayed into a private staff channel. That is the right route for reports about other members, appeals, and anything a person will not raise in front of the server. Tickets Bot documents panels, a command and a message menu to open tickets, but not this. It runs on your own bot, so it comes with the Whitelabel add-on.
2. Your staff can work in a separate server
The ticket channels can live in a support server your community never joins, while members stay where they are. Moderators discuss cases and keep their tooling somewhere invisible to the people they moderate.
3. More of the desk is free
Five panels instead of three, support hours for the whole server instead of a single panel, ratings with their results, and replying to tickets from the dashboard — which Tickets Bot keeps for Premium. If your team answers from a browser, that alone decides it.
4. One bot for support and safety
The honeypot and the scam-picture filter catch hacked accounts on their first message, verification keeps fresh spam accounts out, and sanctions, reports and anti-raid share one numbered case history. With a ticket-only bot, those are other bots to install and configure.
Where Tickets Bot wins
Real advantages, and worth weighing.
- History on the free plan. Tickets Bot includes ticket archives for free; our free plan keeps 7 days of history, and unlimited history is Premium.
- Languages. Tickets Bot speaks more than 30 languages. Ours speaks six — English, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and German — all of them free.
- A knowledge base and exit surveys. Tickets Bot can suggest help articles when a ticket opens and ask for written feedback after the rating. We do neither.
Trying it without disrupting your server
The two bots do not conflict, so there is nothing to migrate:
- Invite SUPREO and sign in to the dashboard with Discord — it lists the servers where you have Manage Server.
- Rebuild one busy panel from a template, following the setup guide. Ten minutes.
- Turn on the features you are actually comparing: canned responses, support hours, and DM tickets if you take the add-on.
- Run both panels for a week and keep whichever your team reaches for.

- DM tickets: members message your bot, staff answer from a private channel or a separate support server
- Your bot's name, avatar and status — members never see SUPREO
- Hosted by us: create a bot in the Discord Developer Portal, paste its token, click Start
- No SUPREO branding anywhere — no logo, no link, no bot named SUPREO in your member list
- Same dashboard, same settings — nothing to set up twice
Questions about switching
Is SUPREO better than Tickets Bot?
Not across the board. Tickets Bot keeps archives on its free plan, speaks more languages and has a knowledge base. Choose SUPREO when you need DM tickets or a staff-only server, want to reply from the dashboard without paying, or want the same bot to handle spam accounts, verification and moderation.
Which one is cheaper?
Premium is close: $2.99 per server per month at Tickets Bot, $2.89 at SUPREO. To run under your own name, Tickets Bot's Whitelabel plan is $6.99 per month and includes Premium; at SUPREO it is Premium plus the Whitelabel add-on ($3.35 per month). Tickets Bot also mentions multi-server discounts. Both before tax — check the current numbers on both sites.
Can I run both at once?
Yes. The two bots use separate commands and separate panels, so they do not conflict. Post both panels for a week and retire the one your team stops using.
Can I move my Tickets Bot transcripts across?
No. Each bot stores transcripts in its own system and there is no import between them. Keep or export your Tickets Bot history before removing it.
