Members & blocked users
See who has a ticket open right now, and stop specific users from opening any.

Active tickets
Everyone with an open ticket, with a link to the conversation. Block next to a name closes the door for that user once their ticket is done.
Blocked users
A blocked user cannot open a ticket — from a panel or by DM. They are told so when they try. Add a user by their Discord user ID (17–20 digits: Settings → Advanced → Developer Mode, then right-click the user → Copy User ID), or from Discord with /ticket blacklist add. Their open tickets, if any, are not closed.
Free servers can block 5 users; Premium has no limit. Changes take effect within a minute.
Blocking is for abuse of the ticket system itself. For spam bots, the honeypot acts before they reach a panel.
